A demolition and new-work takeoff for an exterior renovation of a hillside residence, covering the demolition site plan, proposed site plan and elevations.
- Scope:
- Demolition: 3,700 SQ FT of asphalt driveway, 470+ SQ FT of pool deck, 590 SQ FT of pool removal, concrete walks and decks, retaining walls, planters, headers and steps.
- New hardscape: 7,600+ SQ FT of paving across six paving types (PAV01–PAV06), 350 SQ FT of pavers and 530 SQ FT of gravel.
- Site structures: 118 LF of concrete retaining walls, planters at three heights and a 390 SQ FT steel trellis.
- Railings: glass, cable and stair guardrails.
- Outdoor features: fire pit, outdoor kitchen items, built-in benches, mailbox and solar panel.
- Elevations: perforated aluminum screening and corrugated siding.
- Tech: PlanSwift and Bluebeam Revu.
- Impact: a full demo-and-rebuild sitework package, so a landscape or hardscape contractor can price removal and new construction together.
