- Roofing: 2,000+ SQ FT of roof area, measured separately at each pitch (2:12 to 12:12), plus window roof, ridge, hips, valleys and downspouts.
- Soffit: 210+ LF of soffit, measured by type and slope.
- Siding: 2,100+ SQ FT of lap siding and shake siding.
- Trim and flashing: frieze board, eave and rake fascia, corner and window trim, metal flashing at brick rowlock, coil flashing and gable vents.
- Porch: porch ceiling, perimeter trim and beam wrap.
