Roofing Takeoff

In the DIV-07 Thermal and Moisture Protection Project, we provided a complete takeoff for roofing, exterior finishes, and the porch. This included asphalt roof shingles, roofing nails and staples, felt underlayment, ridge/hip caps, ridge vents, flashings, and roof drainage. We also calculated vinyl soffits, lap siding, aluminum fascia trim, window and door trims, corner trim, and porch ceiling finishes for accurate exterior scope coverage.
