Confidentiality & Use of Information
We respect the confidentiality of our clients’ data. All project drawings, plans, estimates, and related information shared with us are confidential and never shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties.
However, we reserve the right to use redacted versions (with all identifying and sensitive information removed) of completed estimate files as samples for marketing or portfolio purposes, solely to showcase the nature of our work.
Payment Terms
All projects require a 50% upfront payment before we begin working.
The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the work and before the final deliverables are released.
The matter may be escalated legally if a client fails to pay the balance after project completion despite multiple reminders or fund release requests. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for recovery.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once the estimating process has begun or the final deliverables have been shared. Significant time, resources, and expertise go into gathering and analyzing your project data.
However:If something is missing or overlooked, we will gladly review the project plans and make necessary revisions at no additional cost.
We are committed to quality and will work with you to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
Project Revisions
Construction plans can be complex, and human errors may occasionally occur. We are open to post-delivery revisions if discrepancies are found upon review. Minor updates or additions are part of our customer commitment
Pricing Policy
Project pricing varies based on:
- Project size and complexity
- Geographic location and local construction standards (USA & Canada)
Please note:
- Our pricing may be adjusted after reviewing project requirements.
- No refunds will be issued due to changes or errors in the initial pricing quote.
Service Coverage
ABLE Estimating offers services throughout the United States and Canada. Regional codes, standards, and estimating styles vary, and our team adjusts estimates accordingly to meet local conditions and expectations.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy, our estimates are advisory and do not guarantee exact construction costs. Clients are responsible for reviewing final estimates and confirming all figures before submitting bids or quotes.
ABLE Estimating is not liable for any damages, loss of business, or claims resulting from reliance on our estimates.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted to this page.
