Plumbing Takeoff

For this 4-floor project under DIV-22 Plumbing, we delivered a comprehensive plumbing takeoff covering all floors. Scope included valves (ball, balancing, circuit setters), main 6″ dirt leg, water hammer arrestors, aquastats, and T&P relief valves. We also estimated plumbing fixtures, electric water heaters, mixing valves, drainage systems, vent and sanitary piping, hot water piping, and insulation, ensuring accurate material quantities across all four levels.
