Garden Landscape Estimate

In DIV-02 Selective Removals and Demolitions, we began with the complete demolition and removal scope to prepare the site for new work. Under DIV-31 Earthwork, we included allowances for clearing and grubbing. In DIV-32 Exterior Improvements, we provided detailed takeoffs for landscaping, including planter drain prep, waterproofing, basalt column fountain, irrigation systems, mainlines, fittings, electrical connections, conduit work, path lights, trees, shrubs, ground covers, and grass.
