Building Drywall Takeoff

In DIV-09 Finishes, we performed a complete finishes takeoff of all three levels, including drywall for walls, soffits, and ceilings. The estimate also covered taping, mudding, screws, metal studs, framing, ACT (Acoustical Ceiling Tile), and patch & repair work. Each component was precisely measured to ensure accurate quantities and costs, helping contractors plan and budget effectively for interior finishing phases.
